Frequently asked questions
What shipping service do you provide?
Sea freight in full 20-foot and 40-foot containers (FCL). Partial (shared container) shipments are not available.
Which Egyptian ports do you work with?
Mainly Damietta, Alexandria, Port Said and Sokhna.
Is your shipping limited to Gulf ports?
No. We ship to Gulf ports and to Arab and international ports.
Do you supply goods to importers?
Yes. We source and supply all types of goods for export from Egypt, and ship them for you.
Do you handle customs clearance?
Yes. Our customs clearance team prepares the documents and handles the regulatory requirements for your shipments.
What cargo do you specialise in?
Marble and natural stone, and furniture, along with general export cargo from Egypt.
